Hello,

I photographed this fly in Bazzano (AQ), Italy on February 12th 2019. I think it's a member of the genus Bibio, but is it possible to identify the species from these photos?

I am not sure. It has some features of Bibio femoralis, but it is not a total match. Please start collecting this early spring material.
