Is it possible to give this fly from today (September 7th, 2020) from Leipzig (Saxony/Germany) a name?

Hi Maik, I think, it's a female Cheilosia and late in summer probably C. bergenstammi?
(yellow hair, 3rd antenna segment yellow, tibia 3 black ring)
