So I was thinking possible hokkaidensis, but that is a nono.

Third antennal segment is too short for setosa. And it is not geniculata either,. That leaves us with cristata. Golden vertex and 2e and 3e post DC closely together support this view, but shape of antenna is off. So I am very uncomfortable to call this one.
