Which Drosophila could this be? I get stuck with the key in Baechli et al. 2004

Beer Trap (23-25)-8-2020 in park Almere, Netherlands.

Thanks in advance

Abdominal pattern of this specimen is somewhat peculiar, perhaps because it is still a bit teneral. However, oviprovector shape and 4v-index (about 1.0) show that it is D. funebris.

Thank you! I got stuck in the key at that species, but this one was different from normal specimens of D. funebris, that's why I thought I was wrong.

p.s. What is the 4v-index?

4v-index is the length ratio of the apical section of M1
to the preapical section of this vein

I would have guessed Hirtodrosophila confusa!

Sorry, this specimen confused me. It is H. confusa - nomen omen.
