Photo 3 does not show the same fly - there are no wing spots, no spots on the femora, and the thorax hairs are much shorter! Therefore the cropped photo 5 is not helpful. (I suppose it is a
Sicus spec., possibly
ferrugineus.)
This said, it remains difficult, but
M. tesselatipennis might be a rather good candidate. Compare the species descriptions by Falk (
