Si, the vertex is broad but lacks proclinate orbitals. Internediate.

Genitalia are decisive.Theo

Take a plastic box and put a folded old newspaper in.
Make it completely moist (ie full of damp, but just no water).
Put the fly on an itex in for 8 - 12 hours ( I do it overnight)

Then all should be flexible.

The genitalia tend to be connected with very strong muscles in Tachina.,So try the legs first. We only need a dorsal view of the syncer us, so no need to get the full genitalia completely out.

When done, block the genitalia with a pin, prevent if from bending beck in and let it dry for 24 hours.
