Calliphoridae with wings not fully expanded. Probably
Lucilia because both thorax and abdomen are shiny and the bristles of the thorax are strongly differentiated. In Calliphorinae the thorax is dull and in Chrysomyinae the bristles of the thorax are usually weakly differentiated.
