Yes, that is the first impression, but I disagree.The calypter is too large. Moreover, it is clearly a male (long pulvilli, narrow vertex) and male Rhinophora would have grey spots on tergites.

The only genus that makes sense is Loewia. But I would like to see the head in profile to be more sure.
