I think the top specimen is a female of the same species. Bottom one is same as in other pictures.

Why Ch. lapponica? Ch. lapponica has legs of different colour, especially femora and tibiae of hind paar of legs are coloured predominantly red.

Yes, sorry my mistake, I have mixed up names when i posted i meant C. marginata.
