Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Choerades marginata ?

I photographed this Asilidae on July 12, 2020 on a Vitis sp .. in Val Vermenagna (Cuneo), 800m, Maritime Alps, Northwestern Italy.
I think it could be Choerades marginata. Can anyone confirm (or not) this identification? Thanks in advance

No, this is not C. marginata which is less dense haired. This could be C. fimbriata or fulva.

Thank a lot Reinoud, I suppose it is impossible to determine the specie (between the two) basing on these only images...

It looks as if the second tergite has yellow hair on the hind margin that would mean that most probable is C. fimbriata.
