Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Choerades marginata ?

I photographed this diptera on July 12, 2020 on a Vitis sp .. in Val Vermenagna (Cuneo), Maritime Alps, 800m
I think it may be Choerades marginata. Can anyone confirm this identification? Thanks in advance
