Hi,

this should be a Tephritidae - any chance to ID it more precisely? It looks like a Campiglossa sp. to me.
DE, Hessen, Gießen, 190 m, collected dead from a window sill, 21.06.2020.

TIA and Best
Christian

Thank you Ben - I was indeed completely misled by the colour pattern of the wings instead checking the vein structure.

In Sciomyzidae I would tend to Trypetoptera punctulata. Can this be confirmed?

Thanks again and Best
