Neocnemodon latitarsis would have almost no dust spots - and this specimen has very characteristic ones ("wedge shaped" as mentioned in Bot/Van de Meutter for H. heringi); plus the third antennal segment that is longer then what we would expect in Neocnemodon, hence we arrive at Heringia
