Wow, that's a lovely tachinid - probably Dexiinae but without specimens it's pretty impossible ... actually, even with specimens it might be impossible LOL So many undescribed species out there :)

The wing venation is very Blondeliini-ish, though ( probably the only word in English with a double ii twice !), and the long thrid antennal segment with bare arista might support this.
Yes, the legs are very long, but this is not unseen in Blondeliini.
