Hello Nikita and Jürgen,
I've thought about Hydrotaea but i don't see a modified fore femur. I don't think that it is a female. Anyway, i have documented Hydrotaea cyrtoneurina:

Helina evecta would not look like that even if one fell into dark blue paint. I think that you are just messin' with me. :) The frons is too wide for a male H. evecta and too narrow for a female - amongst other things.
I'll attach a lateral photo next but also a photo of the head of Helina evecta ^^
