I think this must be a dirty Dung-fly (female?)
It's so dark, fat and I do not see much hair?
Is it sick? Maybe she need a bath!:D

Hi Robert.
I think that this time you are quite right, it is Scathophagidae and most probably Scathophaga stercoraria.
And the prey it eats is some Aphid, I think.

It is my impression that in this species the males are harier, and also more yellow ~ orange than the females.
