HI,
this tiny fly sat on July 21, 19 at the illuminated balcony door (Furth im Wald, Bavarian Forest, Germany). Can the animal be classified a little closer? Unfortunately it flew off again and only allowed this one photo.

Yes, a chloropid. Perhaps an
Oscinella?
