Subfamily Phytomyzinae. What plant was the mine in?

I do not know the exact name of the plant, it was Asteraceae with yellow flowers. Maybe it was Hieracium umbellatum or something similar.

If your plant ID is correct, this is likely Phytomyza. It is not Liriomyza (bright yellow and black species) or Ophiomyia (different subfamily). The genus Chromatomyia is now considered a synonym of Phytomyza.
