Hello,
is this the larva of Episyrphus balteatus?
Data:
10.07.2015, near Furth im Wald, Bavaria, Germany, besides a forest path on Impatiens noli-tangere.

Hi Ingrid, yes - it is and I've found the same on Impatiens parviflora hunting Impatientinum asiaticum :)
