Central Poland, edge of deciduous forest. 25 may.
Looks like Eustalomyia hilaris, but I'm not sure.

In
E. hilaris the vitta should end in a rounded spot.....I am more thinking about
E. festiva.
Also the first two fotos seems male and the last one from a female.
The difference between
E. festiva and
E. histrio lies in the lenght of the arista and amount of av setae on the hind tibia .....7 av in
E. festiva and 12 av in
E. histrio.
It looks like there are about 7 av....but I am not 100% sure.
So....
Eustalomia cf. festiva
