Hallo together, who can help me with the identification of this Tephritis?

Maybe T. bardanae?

No.
Looks like T. conyzifoliae or T. crepidis.
Unfortunately, it needs male genitalia to be examined (preglans spinose or bare) to tell, what is what

Thank you very much, Val. With this information I think it´s probable T. crepidis, because there have not been any finds of T. conyzifoliae in Germany so far.

conyzifoliae certainly must be found in German Alps
