John, as you know calypters require to divide pascuorum and prolapsa. Other characters I know:
1. pascuorum bigger
2. pascuorum more bluish, it looks Calliphora-like
3. postsutural mesonotum with stripes on posterior view
4. vien M more strongly curved that in other Muscina
My test your image is M. pascuorum (with small ?)
