Hello,
these wesp I've found on 13.07.2019 in the Alsace/France, at Delta de la Sauer.

Maybe Ectemnius lapidarius or cavifrons? Or is it altogether another one?

I hope somebody can help, although nowhere the head and the face is really clearly seen.
