Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Very small beetle

Hi,

I would like to name this very (2-2.5mm) small beetle photographed 50km SSW of Paris in a deciduous forest.
It's taking off from a sporophyte on the picture. Any idea of its identity or family?

only a guess: Nitidulidae? Meligethes?
