Wing about 8 mm. Three branches of Rs reaching wing margin, M1+2 forked.

Jon Gelhaus thinks Dactylolabis hudsonica Alexander, 1931.

The habitat is atypical for Dactylolabis, which are usually found on wet cliffs. Alexander wrote that hudsonica is less restricted to habitat.
