Body 8 mm. Is it possible to tell Family and genus of this male?
Photo from 17 August 2018 Kramfors 62 N, E 17 Ångermanland, Sweden.

Pretty confident that I see the "horse head" cell of Ichneumonidae on the forewings.
To my eye, it superficially resembles some
Icneumon species.
