Is this Callomyia speciosa or elegans - or possibly some other?

Thank you, Raimo! I know that C. elegans is very rare. Is it clear -
by photo (not by rarity), that this is C. speciosa?

C. elegans has not solid white stripes, but they are broken in the middle and uppermost stripe is yellow.
