According to Manual of Central American Diptera, "R1+2 strongly bent vertically toward costa; veins M2, M3, and CuA1 narrowly whitened at or close to the wing margin ... Brachypremna."

Alexander revised the genus in 1912 and listed species in 1969; see references 1912j and 1969l on ccw.naturalis.nl. In the first paper this would be B. williamsoni Alexander, but to be sure you would have to compare descriptions of about 20 more later-described species.
