Am I correct in thinking the first pic is the adult of the 2nd pic I posted about a while ago here? First pic taken today South Coast UK in my garden. Adult about 5mm long, nymph about 3mm long.

Unfortunately this is not a fly!
It is a barklouse, from the insect order Psocoptera!
