This is terribly confusing!

My observation is from the 11th of March this year.
On Waarnemingen.be the date seems to be always written in the ISO 8601 standard date format "YYYY-MM-DD", so it should be 2017-03-11.
And "2017-03-11" is exactly what I see on the website; screenshot attached.

What is it that "does not match" ? I don't see it !?
