Would like to know the family if possible. Collected in Matapouri Bay New Zealand during summer 2016\2017.
Maybe Helcomyzidae?

According to Marshall's book on flies, Helcomyzidae lack vibrissae. Maybe Canacidae.

The fly is Tethinosoma fulvifrons (Horaismopterinae: Canacidae), endemic to New Zealand
