Photograped in Bitlis, Turkey in June 2014. Could it be Oxycera meigenii?

General colour pattern resembles Oxycera meigenii female, but this is a male...

General pattern of male O. meigenii is very similar to ... female meigenii !

So, for me, this is OK as male O. meigenii (or a very closely related species).
