Looks like a Phasia subg. Hyalomyia.

Probably
Strongygaster triangulifera, usually a beetle parasite.

You are not the first to think so. An old name for this fly is
Hyalomyodes. As long as there aren't any
Phasia with discals they should be distinguishable.

THe pattern on thoracic dorsum is quite similar to our Strongygaster, but of course this cannot be thought to be of generic relevance... generally.
