Dear Nikita,
I believe also it's a Sympycnus, though the genus is (most probably) paraphyletic at this moment.

Thank you, Marc. I hope that this species is interesting, because it was collected at 2100 m and should be endemic for Hispaniola. Right now I'm in train Moscow-Petersburg, so next week Grichanov will get Dominican Dolichopodid material.
