It's a great site Christian and I wish you well with it :) Though I would say (sorry if it seems rude) but if you make the main language English you might get more interest from outside Germany - you have a .eu domain so it looks like you want to cover the whole of Europe. I know I am biassed (being English) but, especially amongst amateurs, German is not a common/popular language but most entomologists from all countries have at least some English. :)
