I am not happy with P. albimana (see http://www.nature...a-albimana). The white hind feet should be eyecatching and distinctly lighter than the tibiae in this species. Also the wing markings are very faint. Leg colour would match P. minuta (http://www.natura...ta%201.JPG), however, the presence of plentiful macrotrichia does not confirm that species. Your fly seems to be quite intermediate... I use the key http://nora.nerc....eflies.pdf, but it is based on the same characters you checked. I would really like to hear further opinions!
