Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Small fly with red parasite? --> Scaptomyza pallida (Drosophilidae)

Northern Germany, Hamburg, way along river Elbe, at a leaf of an oaktree (Quercus), Outsidefotos: kuv, 30th of September 2015. I could not find it in the Diptera Gallery. Please help.

The fly is Scaptomyza pallida (Drosophilidae). The red one is a mite.
