It's certainly IchneumonOIDEA and IchneumonIDAE and probably ichneumonINAE ... but not sure about
Amblyteles. To me it looks a bit more like
Ichneumon sp. but that's just a 'wild stab in the dark' because it is very difficult to know - without a specimen, good keys - or cthirion's hymenoptera skill ;)
