Hi Nikita

And mighty interesting ! Looks like a Pangoniinae or possibly a very weird Bouvieromyiini or Rhinomyzini (which is very poorly represented in the Australasian). I have the relevant key but would need to see the specimen myself, since I have little experience with New Guinea.
