Tortricidae. Olethreutinae. This is a rather tricky group, so I leave this to experts.

looks like Gypsonoma sociana to me but I'm not familiar with southern european species of this family that could resemble this species, indeed family of Tortricidae.

Gypsonoma sociana is identical for me!
