See if you find it in

Buck, Matthias and Stephen A. Marshall. 2006. The identity of Pseudopsila, description of a new subgenus of Psila, and redefinition of Psila sensu lato (Diptera: Psilidae). Eur. J. Entomol. 103: 183-192

Thank you both for the family ID; 1st specimen I have seen for this family.
I have no access to the literature but attempted a genus ID based on MOND.
The long cup cell indicates Psilinae; short antennae rule out Loxocera; Psilosoma is not Nearctic.
Leaves it as Psila although I was unable to see any setae on the notopleuron.
