Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Dioctria?

Hello,

I think this is Dioctria, and at first I thought atricapilla. But the legs aren's completely black, so Im not sure. Are you:o Thanks for helping me out again:)

The legs are black with some short yellow hair. Please add a note on the locality - if it was found in Central Europe, your identification seems to be right. Only D. harcyniae has black legs, too - but is quite different in other characters. Yours

Hi Dysmachus,

Just got back from holiday, so here's a late response:
Yes it was in central-europe. To be specific: in Germany, in Niedersachsen (georgsdorf, near Nordhorn). So I gather it must be atricapilla. Thanks for helping me out;)
Oh, by the way. So the yellow parts on the legs are only yellow hairs?
