Lapposyrphus lapponicus s.l. (habitus of a Eupeodes but with a strong loop at vein r4+5). (The true lapponicus probably occurs only in GB and Scandinavia whereas its still unnamed sibling ["species A" sensu Stubbs & Falk] is more widespread. This split has not been recognized by continental syrphidologists but is probably valid.)
