Me too say thankyou for the information. This fly, Euleia heraclei, is realy intresting! I had one in my garden (just outside Stockholm, Sweden) last week, and I couldn?t see what kind of insect it was, at the first glance!

Not so big, but with claws like a crayfish, and big antennas. After a while I saw the real head at the other end :o and then recognised it as a fly.
