I have three reared specimens of this leaf-mining delinine scathophagid, and would be happy to send them to someone who would be able to determine the species. Size is 5 mm; found in eastern Massachusetts, USA.

This appears to be
Neochirosia nuda (Malloch) but I hope somebody will volunteer to check genitalia against reference specimens.
