Photograph taken on May 08, 2014, in untilled soil and high humidity in the environment of the city limits, Motril, Granada, Spain.
Apparent size with wings, about 6 mm

These photographs were taken in the same environment as the previously uploaded in the post: http://www.dipter...d_id=60640 but I think it may be different species.
