I still wonder why they chose to use
Imantimyia at genus level rather than aa subgenus of
Loxocera. The phylogeny presented by Buck and Marshall allows a
Loxocera s.l. with the subgenera
Imatimyia,
Platystyla and
Loxocera s.str. It would have maintained stability in nomenclature.
