I am extremely angry with myself for no being able to get more shots and in better focus. But couldn't this be Cylindromyia pilipes?? Comparing to other Cylindromyia I have photographed this one has ridiculously hairy hind tibia and femora. No idea if this is enough to recognize it. Pity other features cannot be seen at all :( But it is worth to give it a try ;)

Found in Robledo de Chavela, mountains of Madrid on 27.07.2013.

Thanks in advance for any help!! :)

Thanks soooooooooooo much, Theo!! :) You have done my day B) B) B)

Coming from you, those words have brought tears to my eyes :D :D :S The trouble of being a too sensitive beginner in Dipterology :o :D

I have seen that it is a new species for the gallery. I know what I have to do ;)
