Bookham Common today on a Catkin. couldnt be sure of an ID from the gallery:

if it is Melanostoma it would have to be mellinum or scalare as these are the only sp. recorded on Bookham common.

I think I can see the triangular yellow dust spots between the antennae and the ocelli, which should make it M. scalare (female) - it's the right shape as well.
