I´m not a expert. But the yellowish wings with dark margin in apical half and 3 anterodorsal setae on hind femur and one anterodorsal seta on middle of 2. femur remember me strongly on Tetanocera hyalipennis?

... but you write like an expert. In Vala 1989 euro-mediterranean keys could not find those setae as diagnostic features. What do you think about this one ?
